  • 🔐 How do I book my event?
    We're so excited to make your event happen! Explore pricing and service options on our website! We currently offer soft play areas, bounce houses, balloon decorations and custom add on options. Don't see what you're looking for? Contact us, we're quite the versatile team and might be able to make it happen or recommend you a trusted vendor who can. Ready to book? Please fill out our 🔗 Booking Form with all your event details. - Once we receive your request, we’ll create a personalized proposal just for you and be in touch soon to confirm your booking with instructions to Lock in your date. 🔐 Lock in your event date To secure your event date, please complete your personalized event proposal which includes. A non-refundable deposit calculated at the time of booking. A signed agreement to confirm the terms of the reservation. When is full payment due? The full payment must be made no later than seven (7) days before your event. Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • 🌈 What is a soft play area?
    🌈A soft play area is a safe, enclosed space filled with cushioned mats, climbing shapes, ball pits, and slides designed for little ones (ages 0-3) to explore, play, and develop motor skills. Our rentals are thoughtfully designed and can be customized to match your event's aesthetic, sprinkling a touch of enchantment while creating a safe and inclusive space for little ones to be included in every celebration! 🎈✨
  • 🌧️ What if it rains? What's your weather policy?
    For all outdoor events, we kindly ask that you have an indoor plan just in case, Florida's weather is notoriously unpredictable, especially during the summer months. We'll keep a close eye on the weather forecast on the day of your event. If the prediction calls for a 60% (45% during storm season) or greater chance of rain, we may need to reschedule your rental – unless you have an indoor plan that can save the marshmallow day! Please Note: While deposits and payments are nonrefundable, we'll keep your payment as a credit for a future date within one year from the date of your booking.
  • 😱 What happens if I need to cancel?
    We get it—life happens, and Florida weather can be unpredictable. That’s why we do our best to work with our customers to reschedule when plans need to change. Here’s everything you need to know about our cancellation policy to help you plan with confidence! Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, let us know as soon as possible. If the new date is available, we will honor your current contract and move the date. Cancellations (10+ Days): If you cancel at least ten (10) days before the event, we will issue a credit for a future reservation. This credit will be valid for twelve (12) months. Cancellations (<10 Days): Cancellations made less than ten (10) days before the event will not be eligible for a credit. Please Note: All payments are non-refundable, including the deposit. Please read your contract carefully to make sure that you understand our weather policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your event truly special!
  • 🚚 Is delivery, set up and break down included?
    Our team is here to make your event as seamless as possible. Delivery Fee: The delivery fee will be calculated at the time of booking and includes set-up and break-down. This helps us cover the costs incurred to bring everything needed to make your event happen smoothly and on time. Set-Up: Our team will handle the complete set-up to ensure your event space is picture-perfect and ready for fun. Please ensure our team has access to the event area before they arrive, so we can work our marshmallow wonders without any hiccups. Break-down: We’ll arrive about 15 minutes after the event ends ready to work our cleanup magic
  • 🎨 Face Painting Alternatives
    Why is face paint not allowed? Unfortunately, face paint doesn’t come off the white surfaces of our soft play equipment and bounce houses, and it permanently damages the equipment 😞. Because of this, we’re unable to rent out the equipment if face painting is part of the event activities. That said, we’d really love to be part of your celebration, and we'll be happy to work with you to find a fun alternative if you’re open to it! Here are some ideas to keep the fun going without risking our precious equipment: • Face decals (Amazon has some adorable options!) • Animal stuffing stations • Coloring station (We can create a cute design to match your theme!) • Temporary tattoos • Decorating crowns, hats, or masks with stickers and other fun craft supplies • T-shirt decorating We completely understand this might feel like a bummer, but we truly appreciate your understanding. We want to maintain the quality of our equipment for every event including yours!
  • 🧼 How often is the equipment cleaned?
    Our equipment is treated to a marshmallow spa day after every adventure! We never double-book our charming equipment on the same day to make sure we have plenty of time to clean and disinfect everything before our next event. After setting up for your event, our team will perform a final disinfecting to ensure that everything is spotless and fresh, so it’s ready for fun and safe enjoyment!
  • 🎈 Are balloon decorations included?
    We have a delightful array of add-ons to make your event even more magical! You can choose from balloon decorations, custom vinyl decals, and more to add that extra sprinkle of enchantment to your reservation. Just be sure to select these when booking your event or let us know if you don't see what you're looking for!
  • 🥳 What kind of add-ons do you offer?
    We love to sprinkle more magic on every event! Currently, we offer the following enchanting add-ons: Bounce Houses Custom Vinyl decals and stickers Balloon Decorations Extra hoppers Custom T-shirts Attendants If you don't see what you're looking for, let us know!
  • Can you set up on any surface?
    Not quite! but we're quite the versatile marshmallow team! We can work our magic on grass, turf, concrete, tile, cement, and even other hard floors. However, we will not set up on gravel, dirt, sand or uneven surfaces as it could harm our treasured equipment.
  • How far in advance should I book my event?
    To secure your spot in our marshmallow diary, we recommend booking as soon as you can! All it takes is a 30% deposit at the time of booking to make your marshmallow dreams come true.
  • How long is the rental period?
    You're in for 5 hours of marshmallow-filled fun! Should you need the equipment for longer, we'll do our marshmallow best to accommodate you for an extra fee. Just remember to request this before the event begins. The clock doesn't start until everything is set up and ready for magical adventures!
  • Do you offer attendants?
    Absolutely! Some venues and parks may require an attendant, and we're here to make it happen. Let us know if you'll be needing one at the time of booking. Our attendants are only there to ensure the equipment is being taken care of and everyone follows the rules and plays safely. Just remember, parents or guardians are still responsible for supervising their little ones at all times. Attendants are not there to look after the children. We can't wait to make your event as sweet as a marshmallow's dream!

    We provide soft play areas for little ones (ages 0-3) in three (3) different sizes: Deluxe Lands, Medium Dreams, and Little Clouds, with different color options to match your theme.
